Rachael DinnisRachael’s start in the design industry wasn’t auspicious. Thinking of sun, sea and vinho verde, she jumped at the chance to work for a Portuguese design company in London. When she arrived she found an MD who ran the business with his two warring wives. She doesn’t look back on the time as a career highlight. Rachael went on to cut her teeth at Roundel design, then joined Lippa Pearce as Associate Director – managing a design team and handling her own projects. 21 design accolades later, she decided to start her own consultancy.
