During 2008 he stood in as editor of Business Matters, the UK’s largest magazine for SMEs. Lately he’s been focusing more and more on social media, and has delivered courses for businesses looking to make an impact onFacebook, YouTube and Twitter. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English, Bill started out as a teacher in secondary schools, and that’s helped him become one of our top writing trainers. His first book, Working for Yourself, was published by Which? Books in September 2007.
